Ahh yes love the 6:00am sun
I read it whilst in my fleece pyjamas, a oodie, with a hot water bottle and electric throw on my lap. British people, including myself, are insane as soon as there is a tiny bit of sunshine. I have never been as cold as I have this winter and I now live here!
I remember around 2009 there was this bone breaking cold.
I got dressed with two sweaters, double socks and a coat and headed to class.
Suddenly I see a fellow MBA student from Switzerland wearing shorts,t-shirt and sandals (no socks) holding a Haralambides full fat milk 1 litter just drinking it straight on campus outside of finance class.
Probably still hot compared to the uk tbf to her
Seen people swimming a week ago and kids playing on the beach in swimwear. I wouldn’t do it but seems like some can and will.
