    Arbeitserlaubnisverifizierungsdienst, ist das legitim?

    Ich bin ein Nicht-EU-Student in der Schweiz und bin kürzlich auf eine Firma namens A-Link GmbH gestoßen (www.a-link.ch) Das bietet Dienstleistungen an, um Nicht-EU-Staatsangehörigen zu helfen, Schweizer Arbeitserlaubnis zu sichern. Sie behaupten, personalisierte Bewertungen, ein „Arbeitserlaubnisüberprüfungsschreiben“ vorzunehmen, um Bewerbungen beizubehalten, und die Unterstützung der Arbeitssuche für Nicht-EU-Kandidaten.

    Ich bin ein bisschen skeptisch gegenüber diesem Service und habe mich gefragt, ob jemand Erfahrung mit ihnen hat. Ist ihre Arbeitserlaubnisverifizierungsbrief tatsächlich nützlich? Haben sie jemandem geholfen, eine Arbeitserlaubnis erfolgreich zu erhalten? Oder macht dies nur ein anderes Unternehmen, das große Versprechen macht, ohne viel zu liefern?

    Würde wirklich echte Einblicke schätzen – gut oder schlecht! Dank im Voraus.

      I won’t say it’s a scam but the marketing is pushing it. Requirements for a permit are very clear – if you have a job sponsoring you or you transfer internationally only.

      So I dunno what a personalised assessment will give you other than take your money.

      I gonna talk without really knowing.

      That being said, the only way u have to get a work permit, is by, well, having a job. The chances of getting a work permit as a non-eu, tend to b somewhat slim.

      Just try to find a job first, and the work permit will follow.

      They’re not lying technically, but it just seems like an attorney office who will write a well-worded letter about your “chances to secure a work permit”. It won’t do much more for your actual chances than a good qualified application to an employer willing to sponsor you. i.e. no magic pill

      The company seems to be properly registered in the Zürich Handelsregister. According to the entry, it has only one person who is allowed to sign for it. And it is a Kazakhstan person. (I didn‘t know a swiss GmbH can have just one non-swiss person registered. I always thought, there has to be at least one swiss person to be involved. Only thatswhy I am stressing this point.)

      The website is pretty general and doesn‘t give information about no. of employees and such.

      I am not sure if a company like this can add much, apart from speeding up the process. Because a person seeking a permit can do inquiries with authorities by themselves at no cost (apart from your time). And companies equally. Especially larger companies know how the process works from previous experience.

      I may be wrong and am happy to hear other views.

      It’s not a scam, it’s a service to help manage the mess of applying.
      It’s possible to do it yourself also, but generally lawyers know the „tricks“

      Seems like they don’t provide much benefit.

      As you have a Study B permit, if you find a job in your chosen career then HR just needs to contact the Amt für Migration who needs to give their thumbs up and then you can work. Being a student gives you a temporary exemption from the labour market measures (so you have the same access as a Swiss/EU person, except for a bit more paperwork for HR, and that you can’t start till the Amt für Migration gives their thumbs up). Once you have your Work B permit you are on the path towards a C permit (though till then, you need to get the thumbs up from the Amt für Migration for job changes I beleive).

      You can always contact the Amt für Migration for more information. But it’s just key to find a job with an employer who will do the slightly more paperwork to employ you.

      A bunch of bullshit, marketing shit. The rules are clear, just go to admin.ch. Switzerland is not France.
