Ich suche bitte Ihre Unterstützung in Bezug auf meine Anfrage zum Antragsverfahren für eine ansässige Genehmigung für eine Beschäftigte mit Migri.
Ich habe meinen Antrag Ende Oktober 2024 eingereicht und meine Identität bereits bei der Botschaft überprüft. Seitdem sind es jetzt fast vier Monate vergangen.
Ein Freund von mir, der sich gleichzeitig wie ich bewarb, erhielt kürzlich Ende Februar 2025 ein Update auf die zweite Stufe (siehe den beigefügten Screenshot). Ich frage mich, ob es eine deutlich längere Zeit dauern wird, bis meine Bewerbung voranschreitet, da wir ohne weitere Aktualisierungen von Migri gewartet haben.

Did you verify yourself at a Migri office? You can verify at any embassy all you want but that won’t lead anywhere
Just copy paste that into a letter to migri maybe? Alternatively you can just go there and ask, but you won’t be able to get ahold of the officer directly, so it is easier to write to get a better answer faster.
Just out of curiosity are the grounds for the permit and what was their projected timeline?
Even asking Migri they won’t give you a solid answer on “when.” But you should contact them anyhow to make sure things are processing correctly.
In my experience, migri means waiting and being patient. Just make sure that you have given all of the necessary and right documents. If you do everything right, they are not going to wrong you. If they need something more, they are gonna ask. If they need to double check something, they are gonna check it. Usually they are not giving any exact date or time for the processes. Of course, they can make mistakes but those rarely happen and they try to fix it. I know that waiting can be frustrating but try to hold on there. Hopefully, you will get good news soon.
Edit, since your friend got the update already, I believe that soon you are going to hear from them.
