Edit: oh, that’s just rice porridge. With market „addons“, so it looks fabcier and they can charge extra.
Overpriced porridge, but it was hip and popular.

The base is rice porridge, commonly eaten at christmas in Finland. Usually eaten with cinnamon, sugar and butter.
The sides in photo (that created the queue) are miso caramel, baked apple, currant mix and crushed almonds.
