Is this written by a janitor@reuters? If you’re going to use the word „fascist“ then at least use the correct title for the Azerbaijani Dictator Ilham Aliyev.

If the current constitution „lacks legitimacy“, then his office and Pashinyan lack legitimacy.
I don’t know why this idiot insists on undermining the Armenian state’s legitimacy. Just say you want to update the constitution for X/Y/Z reasons. You don’t need to undermine the constitutional order of the country.
He can’t ever just say something is bad without calling it corrupt/treasonous/illegitimate.
The constitution needs updating to make it more democratic, but he was perfectly happy to enjoy the strongman PM role Serzh created for himself until Azerbaijan demanded changes, then suddenly he remembers the constitution needs to be changed. Somehow I’m not optimistic the changes will be good for Armenia.
