My husband is the German here. Still did not received it. He has lost all hope of being able to vote.
I received my ballots and documents on 07.02., and I thought everybody else did too? Guess I just got lucky. I hope yours will make.it in time.and you can get your vote in… They all seem to be quite important these days.
I would have expected in country the size of Belgium that there would just be a voting booth in the embassy.
