Die Wohnung, die ich gerade lebe, hat kein Zentralheizsystem, das mit den Resten der Wohnungen im Gebäude verbunden ist. Es hat einen dieser Junkers -Kessel, der für meine Wohnung individuell ist und die Wasserheizung und die Heizung der Wohnung kontrolliert. Aus diesem Grund ist die Heizung nicht im Nebenkosten enthalten. Der Punkt ist, dass ich bemerkt habe, dass der Wasserdruck im Kessel sehr niedrig ist und ich nicht weiß, ob ich mich alleine damit befassen muss oder ob dies vom Vermieter geschehen sollte. Als ich einging, rief der letzte Mieter eine Firma an, um Wartung im Heizsystem durchzuführen, und musste sich selbst bezahlen. Muss ich den Dienst in der Heizung selbst bezahlen, oder ist dieser Auftrag für den Vermieter?

Refilling the system should be a matter of just opening a couple of valves, or connecting a pipe up somewhere. A good landlord should know how to do that and can show you, so call them first.
Better check your contract, a yearly service might be one of your duties.
Ime yearly maintenance refills it for you, but you should be able to refill it on your own. The maintenance guy has shown me how to do that five times now and I still haven’t been able to figure out how to do it by myself cause it’s really complicated, so I don’t think anyone would blame you for not knowing how to do this. You do need to pay the maintenance guy yourself (it’s quite expensive 150-200€), but it should be organized by your landlord and this has to be done yearly. According to that sticker the last maintenance was in 2020 so you’re way overdue. Just surprised it even kept running for that long without a refill. Low pressure isn’t dangerous, the boiler will stop running before anything could happen, it just means it’s running super inefficiently.
As for refilling, you should have a hose somewhere that you can use to connect a faucet to the boiler, make sure it’s full of water first so you don’t fill it with air, then open the valve on the boiler, next turn on the faucet, wait until the pressure is back up to whatever you want it to be, turn off the faucet, close the valve, disconnect the hose. I could never figure out how to do this myself, cause I don’t know where exactly I need to connect the hose and it doesn’t fit anywhere, but maybe you can figure it out.
