1st pic have no relation to Azerbaijan. It’s the „Wolf Hundred“ of kuban cossack Andrey Shkuro during WWI.
This regiment was officially called „Кубанский конный отряд особого назначения“ (Kuban horseman special squad) and consisted of Kuban cossacks. None of known officers in the squad had any relation to Azerbaijan.
