Come on. „DHL“ is writing from a Gmail address.
DHL does not send you multi-page emails about paying for insurance using whatever weird payment method. When you pay to have something shipped, a small part of what you pay to have it shipped covers insurance.
No insurance demands 100 Euro to ship something worth 400 Euro. The point of insurance is that everyone pays a comparatively tiny amount, and when the insurance case happens, everyone’s premiums pay for the damage.
