Okay, in Deutschland gibt es eine Google -Option bei der Suche über Google mit dem Namen „The News“ Registerkarte „. Ich konnte das in Finnland nicht finden, aber vielleicht bin ich es nur ich.

Might be a language thing. I get the „News“ tab here in Finland, but I use Google in English. If I switch to Finnish it disappears.
Yes, that’s just Google. I doubt it has anything to do with your country, unless Google is blocked there.
user interfaces are adaptive nowadays. google seems to switch things by itself and i have trouble finding stuff myself.
i have hardly never used the google news search to search for finnish language news though.
