Ich möchte diesen 16A 250 V F -Typ -Stecker professionell für meinen Heizung in Tiflis ersetzt. Jemand kennt einen Ort, der das kann? Vorzugsweise in der Nähe von Alhins. Wenn ich nicht um den Straßenservice frage, kann ich einen einfachen Stecker wie diesen ersetzen. Ich möchte, dass dieser mit der richtigen Ausrüstung durch einen Fachmann erledigt wird.

Go to the shop and get new one. Then change it by yourself. Or ask neighborhood.
The right equipment is pliers, scissors, and cable tape. Any electrician can do it.
You can buy a new plug in Gorgia, domino, or the bazroba, right above the metro. (don’t confuse with the bazari, across the street, where they sell food).
No electricians will come for such a small job though.
You could try contacting the shop where you bought it and ask about their service center. They will overcharge you and replace it..
If you can do it by yourself, you do it.
BTW, the plug socket might need replacing too.
For small things like this, it’s either roadside or yourself.
Alternatively, you can call https://mrmaster.ge/ but probably will cost you heater price.
If you do it yourself, all you need is a new plug, screwdriver, and knife.
