Info letter about your contribution to your health insurance. Nothing to do for you.
It’s telling you how much Pflegeversicherung and Krankenversocherung you paid in 2024, as transferred by Barmer.
This is proof of the contributions you have paid for long-term care and health insurance, which your health insurance company will send you so that you can use it as proof for your tax return.
PS: Your tax number („Steuer-Identifikationsnummer“) is visible in the letter. This “tax identification number” is considered “sensitive data”. I would therefore delete the post/image.
