Yeah, and the megaconstellations such as StarLink don’t help as they are high enough to need a proper deorbit to retire them.
Crazy That I was taught about space debris in school over 25 years ago and this is still a headline. Suppose that’s analogous to oil companies knowing about global warming even longer ago
We’ve unlocked enough of the tech tree to de-clutter Earth orbital space but we dont have any buildings to make that unit yet
