You need a converter to a regular schuko (European power outlet) and then use the regular wall charger that comes with the car. The chademo will not work. This is the adapter needed: [https://www.clasohlson.com/no/Overgangskabel-CEE-230-V-til-Schuko,-0,5-m,-Gelia/p/36-8388?utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=dp-no-shopping-cm-mid-Hardware&utm_id=21293886177&gad_source=1&gbraid=0AAAAADv8oxr5XlKkZkU7YX6-U_b7xM5oj](https://www.clasohlson.com/no/Overgangskabel-CEE-230-V-til-Schuko,-0,5-m,-Gelia/p/36-8388?utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=dp-no-shopping-cm-mid-Hardware&utm_id=21293886177&gad_source=1&gbraid=0AAAAADv8oxr5XlKkZkU7YX6-U_b7xM5oj)
That outlet is a bit unusual for EV charging, but there are options that can be used. Here are some products that will fit. These are intended as examples of what you need, not as an endorsement of a particular product or seller.

The ideal solution would be to replace that outlet with a hardwired type 2 charger (EVSE), but a portable one with the correct connector like the ones I have linked above will also work.
The plug is designed for industrial use. Single phase 32 amps at 230V. If I remember correctly the earlier Teslas had a portable charger using this plug as an option. Compared to being stuck at 230V 6amps that the «emergency chargers» today are these was a good solution for a different time.
Today you would get a normal EVSE with a type 2 outlet. Ask the landlord if an upgrade is possible.
