Zum ersten Mal gestern habe ich eine E -Mail von ihm erhalten, dass die Überprüfung fehlgeschlagen ist oder etwas mit dem Pass -Scanner nicht stimmt. Sie möchten den Bankenpartner Axion in Mangopay ändern. Also mache ich nur nur Sicher ist das alles legitim und kein Betrug. Danke euch Allen.

How did you get the number of the customer support?
Nothing here jumps out at me as being an obvious scam. Do you know how to read e-mail headers? That would give you an indication of whether or not the e-mail came from where it claims to have come from.
As I understand it, you called the actual customer services number of Expatrio and talked to somebody there who identified himself as Daniel. For this to be some sort of scam, somebody would have had to have somehow anticipated and intercepted your call, and this seems extremely unlikely to me.
