Bevor ich eine mürrische E -Mail an meinen Vermieter sandte, überprüfte ich den Taschenrechner auf der Finanzwebsite. Wie ist möglich, dass der Indexierungswert mit Peb A und Peb D gleich bleibt? War es nicht auch von der Peb -Klasse abhängig?

I thought it was only E and F they were not allowed to index?
If I remember correct: The correction for D is in Flanders. In Brussels, there was a ban for E, F and G, but that is gone.
The calculation is correct and your landlord didn’t make any mistakes. There’s only a difference if your contract started before 14th of October 2022:
