Ich habe das U -Boot nach Tipps zur Erfassung von Northern Lights gesucht und einige gute Ratschläge gefunden. Ich habe ein paar bestimmte Fragen.
Es heißt, die Seen und die offene, auf dem Norden ausgerichtete Hochstrecke haben eine höhere Wahrscheinlichkeit, dass sie ungehindert und all das ist. Ich verstehe das. Jetzt sehe ich ein paar Seen rund um Rovaniemi (zB https://maps.app.goo.gl/qitz8vyfzca774r9). Da ich im Dunkeln fähre, bin ich neugierig auf den Zugang zu dieser Seeumgebung. Was ich im Grunde wissen, ich kann eine Karte sehen und versuchen, GPS zu folgen, aber dies sind eine Art Ableger von Straßen von der Hauptstraße, und ich möchte wissen, dass die Bedingungen dort ebenfalls fahrbar sind?
Außerdem wären solche Spots hilfreich, alle Ortideen, die in Rovaniemi, Saariselka, Ruka, Iso Syote begrüßen. 🙂

Yea most likely they will be driveable however please be aware there is also people properties generally down allot of these roads. Please take care as people wont take kindly you driving into there property at night.
I guess my main question is how long will you be staying there? If you’re just there a couple of days, it’s a bit of a gamble. If you’re there for, say, a couple of weeks, you’ll have a better chance (but it’s still not guaranteed!)
I know there are also tours that try and find them, though I’ve never done one of these.

Go here if you’re unfamiliar with the area, it’s a good location for aurora if the weather and KP permits it. There will probably be alot of people as it is the go-to location for most of the aurora safaris. But it’s perfect for short notice. You can easily park and walk a bit to distance yourself from the crowd.
