Es war nicht sehr klar, als sie sich seit zumindest meiner Generation meiner Großer als Alevi und Zaza-Kurdisch identifizierten, also habe ich nie viel darüber nachgedacht. Aber meine jüngsten Ergebnisse von Myheritage zeigten, dass ich hauptsächlich armenisch bin. Und ich bin ziemlich schockiert darüber, um ehrlich zu sein. Ich habe nicht erwartet, dass es überhaupt so hoch ist…!

My Heritage breakdown is very unreliable even after update, I’ve seen an unmixed Malatya Sunni Kurd get 100% Armenian before. While I don’t doubt you indeed do likely have some Armenian blood as we Alevi Kurds from Dersim/ Erzincan gave them shelter during genocide, but half sounds like exaggeration to me. Must be very shocking. maybe even exciting, to find out this long into your life that you’re half Armenian! I can’t image what you must be feeling and what you may do with this information. All I gotta say is that Armenian is Armenian, it doesn’t have anything to do with where you were born, what religion you are, and where you live.
