      My guess is that a communist dictator decreed that scientific development was a priority and made it happen. Otherwise, I really don’t know.

      If Armenian scientists/higher education received more funding and support we’d be doing even better. We have a lot of talented, hardworking people that just need a means to participate in science and academia.

      We just need to prioritize education again.

      I know everyone expects this to happen overnight even after all the crisis Armenia went through, but I think the government is on the right track.
