Can this be anymore negative wow
Interesting, at the same time, they are toughening rules concerning visa and Co. Pick one Finland, do you want to attract foreign workers or not?
And the short-term growth is squeezed by the incompetent tools in our current government.

Let me fix that for y’all: „Finland’s long-term growth squeezed by capitalist over-exploitation of planet’s limited resources and the false belief in limitless growth“.
We’re over-producing. This planet is filled with garbage. We don’t need more people raising productivity levels by selling more electricity contracts over the phone or by churning out more useless stuff that ends up in landfills. At this point in human history, our issue as a society is not lack of productivity, it’s the lack of sharing.
As Murray Bookchin wrote back in the 60s (!) „When cybernated and automatic machinery can reduce toil to the near vanishing point, nothing is more meaningless to young people than a lifetime of toil.“

I’m not an expert, but as a 30-something in Helsinki, I’ve witnessed that most of my peers decide against having children due to lack of money and are constantly financially outclassed trying to amass any property or wealth, living paycheck to paycheck with many going for a second job just to have ends meet.
When you can’t afford anything, how on Earth would it even be possible to function as a stable and healthy part of society? When you can’t even get a job despite a higher education diploma, what are you supposed to do? Most people are afraid to use their money amid tax raises and other bleak news.
– Expedite visas for employed specialists
– English as an official business language
Those two things would make a world of difference in terms of coming to Finland and _staying_ in Finland.
