      Am i expected to believe that on average a cypriot has more than 600 kilos of trash? We probably dont buy 600 kilos of anything per year what the fuck are we trashing? Dirt and rocks?

      The data must include commercial waste for that to be so high. 600 kilos on average means that i through trash around 8 times my body weight per year which is ridiculous.

      There is nearly zero separation / sorting of garbage in large communal buildings in Cyprus. Municipalities charge(d) „REFUSE TAX“ and „management committees“ (lol) collect fees for garbage disposal – just to have all the trash stuffed into a compactor.

      Recycling is discouraged. Just the other day I had been told: „We don’t do this here. All garbage goes into the compactor. What if everyone puts their garbage out like this … „
