Respectfully, “Real estate developers” should go fuck themselves. Especially in Switzerland. Hoarding a primary need for ungodly profits.
Resorts for the rich and wealthy expecting everything worldwide to look and feel the same – for comfort.
Not surprising Andermatt is mentioned, as Vail bought in and their business practice is catering to the worldwide rich and wealthy.
