Hallo!
Meine Großeltern sind vor ihrem Tod oft nach Zypern gereist, weil mein Großvater dort gedient hat, und es hat ihnen sehr gut gefallen. Ich glaube, das letzte Mal war 2007(?).
Wir haben ein paar Fotos von meiner Oma mit ein paar Barkeepern und anscheinend waren sie gute Freunde! (Ich habe das Gesicht meiner Schwestern und mir aus Gründen der Privatsphäre ausgeblendet)
Ich bin sicher, wir haben noch mehr Fotos, die ich bei Bedarf heraussuchen kann

Honestly, I doubt anybody from an island of more than 1 million people can pinpoint exactly who these two random people are from some random unknown place in Cyprus. The guy on the left looks like my dad and the guy on the right looks like every Cypriot boomer ever

From looking the hotel ‘Tsokkos Paradise Village’ looks close to the other pictures i have so maybe the bar there or nearby?

Try this group on Facebook. It is one of the biggest groups in Cyprus. It is mainly for restaurant reviews but it’s been used for other random purposes. You have really good chances of finding them there
Your best bet is to find out where they lived approximately, visit the area and ask elder neighbours
