      Do not mistake this as a racially-motivated attack. This guy would sell his grandmother for a frape and a packet of cigarettes if given the chance.

      So what happened in the end after the video? Did they just drive away or waited for police or insurance guy?

      BTW do the couriers have insurance for such motorized bikes? I guess no? And is it even accounted as motorcycle or as e-bike (then it should have speed limit 25kmh)?

      Here’s a thought, the guy ran into the back of him because he was on his phone looking for the address to deliver to, was looking at a screen and not where he’s going. His mates, there’s always loads about, rally round to back him up, so the bloke made sure he got something to make sure he got his dented car sorted. Might be a con, but likely another moped driver who was oblivious to where he was going. Look on any road and you see them driving and on phones or similar.

      there’s no way that bicycle could have made the damages the vroullouthkia guy points on his car without the delivery guy getting slammed on the car first

      Maybe the delivery guy did bumped him but it would be the bicycles tire very low on the bumper of the car.

      I bet he is/was a taxi driver. I saw the same scam with tourists driving ATVs, with poor maintenance brakes, in Nissi Avenue…near TogaToga 😂

      Car would be lucky to be worth €1,000… there’s no way the damage is worth €400 (can’t even see any noticeable damage in the video).

      Just a Cypriot local trying to bully the foreign delivery driver into paying him an amount he made up hoping for a quick payday.

      Some locals give us all a bad look.

      Normally filming people in public is illegal, but in this case a crime has been committed. OP can very well take it to the police without fear of being sued themselves.

      If this was in Germany this guy would have been already in jail waiting trial and a huge fine plus psychological damage returns to the victim even if it was his fault.
