Looks like flag of [National Alliance](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/National_Alliance_(United_States)). Somebody mistook Georgia for the other Georgia.

what about the armenian flag? there is a nationalist flag with a funnel on a red background. why did they put the artsakh flag there?
