Hallo zusammen,
Ich habe kürzlich meinen EU-Führerschein verloren und anstatt ihn zu Hause ersetzen zu lassen, würde ich mir lieber einfach einen finnischen Führerschein besorgen, was meines Wissens durchaus möglich ist. Wichtig ist, dass es auch im April ausläuft, also wäre es wahrscheinlich eine Erneuerung + Ersatz gleichzeitig, wenn das möglich wäre, aber das ist mir nicht klar. Kann mir jemand erklären, welche Behörde das machen soll und welche Unterlagen ich dafür brauche? Die Informationen, die ich online gefunden habe suomi.fiTraficom usw. sind ziemlich verwirrend. Ich bin speziell in Oulu.

That reminds me I should exchange my licence exactly because of that possibility. If you’re registered as resident here, your home country shouldn’t issue a licence. And I think you have to hand in your licence to get a Finnish one. But now you don’t have it.
Will be keeping an eye on this topic to see if there’s an easy solution for these situations.
