It’s called being the cheapest + kickbacks
Ask the Prime Minister so that he can pardon them!
„Enemalta decided to tackle everything at once, but there aren’t enough contractors. As a result, the work is either rushed or left unfinished for months, and this is the outcome we’re facing.
HUGE legal issue waiting to happen. People don’t seem to care if they harm someone either, I guess?
No signage? Barriers?
Where at? I need a good lawsuit.
Lack of consequence. Simple as that. Lack of consequence for them. Not so true for others!

Common sense is not common in this country.
I’m surprised there aren’t that many lawsuits. I see this all too often! At least this is an evidently open manhole. Last time I passed by one which was open…had wood on top but the wood was literally split down the middle. Anyone stepping over it would literally cause them to fall in….straight outta the cartoons
Well, that could make for an exciting walk.
