Ich wohne in einer Altbauwohnung und im Winter bildet sich Kondenswasser an den Fenstern.
Direkt unter dem Fenster befindet sich eine Art Sockelleiste (ich weiß nicht, wie sie heißt), aber sie scheint einen leichten Wasserschaden erlitten zu haben. Das sich ablösende Material sieht aus wie Papier – vielleicht eine Art Klebeband?
Kann ich das selbst reparieren oder brauche ich professionelle Hilfe? Wir würden uns über Vorschläge zur Behebung des Problems freuen.

Im not a professional but it looks like thats sperrholz with a plastic film for the wood look. It probably sucked up alot of water, looks bloated. Best solution would probably be to replace it and fix the leak in the window so it wont happen again. I mean you can also just cover it up but it may get moldy then.
Another way would be to grind the bloated area down , fill it with some wood filler and cover it by glueing a matching film on top. Thats probably the cheapest fix
