Ich bin gerade wirklich krank und brauche wirklich etwas davon, aber nach meinen Recherchen kann ich es hier nicht finden. Kann mir jemand eine Alternative empfehlen, die ich in Apteekki oder anderswo finden kann?

Vicks vaporub
Should have an ingredient list in the back that can help find the closest substitution.
If its menthol etc then vaporub will do just fine, eucalyptus oil, mint oil, etc are other ones if you just need something to drop in to hot water to breathe in with steam.
When my nose is blocked I use one of those inhaler things: I pour in some super hot water, put a couple of drops of this and inhale. It helps me a lot. It’s not really the same though – others have suggested Vicks vaporub which is also very good.
