Hallo zusammen, ich habe diese Lüftungsanlage in meiner Wohnung, normalerweise schalte ich sie manuell auf Funktion. Allerdings läuft das Gerät seit heute Morgen schon seit fast 7 Stunden, es gibt keine Möglichkeit, es auszuschalten. Die Wohnung ist belüftet, wir haben die Fenster über 20 Minuten lang geöffnet, aber das hat noch nicht aufgehört

hard to help you if we can’t even see a company name or anything on that thing. doesn’t pressing the pause button stop it? maybe it caught an error and doesn’t respond anymore. in that case i’d turn it off and on again by going to the fuse box and switch it off, wait a few seconds and switch it back on. maybe that will already help?

If you hold the „pause“ button for more than 5 seconds it should stop.

Additionally if you live in a cold climate you should press the button on the lower right. It makes the system swap between running forward/backward to preserve heat in ventilation heat sinks.
