      Marking of in-ground supply valves. IIRC, blue is water supply and yellow is gas supply.

      SCH probably means „Schieber“, which is a type of shut off valve. 100 is the diameter (not sure if diameter of the underground pipe or diameter of the access / manhole cover). The other numbers are the distance from the signs to the actual supply valves, e.g. first one can be found at a straight distance 3.2 meters plus 1.4m to the left (if you stand with the sign to your back).

    3. Those are markings for shut off valves.

      You got five 100mm (inner diameter) water pipes, and shut off valves in the immediate vicinity.

      Number above the „T“: distance in meters straight ahead of the sign (with your back to the sign).
      Numbers below: direction and distance – all pictured valves are to the right of the sign (from your POV).
