Okay. But gender is a social concept, not a biological concept and in biology there’s more than 2 sexes. There are, of course, XX and XY, but then there are millions of people who are neither XX nor XY. Many of whom have no idea that they have a different lineup of sex chromosomes.

This is where the right’s whole biology argument goes to hell. Fortunately they’re losing the battle and society is progressing.
