Guten Tag allerseits. Ich habe dieses Dokument erhalten, was ist das? Soll ich es bezahlen? Ich bin seit 3 Jahren auf Zypern, sehe es aber zum ersten Mal. Ich habe einen Vermieter gefragt. Ich dachte, es wäre eine Gemeinschaftsgebühr, weil ich gemäß einem Mietvertrag keine Gemeinschaftsgebühr zahlen muss, aber er sagte, das sei etwas anderes. Ich habe eine Aufenthaltserlaubnis. Wo soll ich es bezahlen?

Go to your local „community“ center and ask the people that work there they will know more about this than randos on reddit on new years eve
That is the bill for when they come to collect the rubbish and for the cemetery. Everybody pays that. You can pay it at JCC website. Find the larnaca municipality on JCC. You may be late though. Not sure what happens if you are late

it’s a bill from Larnaca municipality. it has two charges, one for trash collection (194 euro) and one for cemetary tax (25 euro). due date was three days ago, you might pay a small penalty fee for late payment.
whether you or your landlord must pay it, it depends on your contract. as far as i know most tenants are sesponsible for (at least trash collection) since they are the ons who live in the apartment/house and put out trash for collection. for the cemetary tax hmm depends on your contract but i’d assume your landlord pays because the property is in their name. but better figure it out between yourselves.
Edit: make sure its legit before paying, the paper seems not to be stamped by the municipality, where i live it comes stamped. maybe someone living in larnaca could verify the authenticity, i cannot say 100% on that.
If you are renting the property, you should insist that your landlord reimburse you the cemetery tax portion of this bill.

They made a mistake with this bill, I had the same problem. To pay it through jcc they had to put a stamp on the lower right side. Since there isn’t one, you have to go the your local municipality kai pay it there.
P.s. They extended the last day of payment to January 30th.
