Wir haben eine strukturierte Wand in unserer Wohnung und ziehen bald aus. Beim Abnehmen einer Garderobe löste sich ein Teil der Wandstruktur rund um das Loch. Der Patch ist also um einiges größer als das eigentliche Loch. Der Flicken ist sehr auffällig, obwohl wir ihn mit einer strukturierten Spachtelmasse gemacht haben (siehe Bilder). Hat jemand Vorschläge, wie man das Erscheinungsbild verbessern kann? Wir befürchten auch, dass der Vermieter von uns verlangen wird, dass wir die gesamte Wand neu streichen lassen. Danke!

Sadly the only way I have ever had success with is thick paint and the whole wall

My suggestion is to call your insurance ahah
Paint on the wall should last for 8 years. If it was painted more than 8 years ago, you won’t pay anything. If it was painted 3 years ago, you will pay 5/8 of the repair (but most likely just your deductible).
Moving is stressful enough, don’t waste your time with this. Just let the rental company know as soon as possible and contact your insurance company if needed.
How long have you been living in your flat? Landlords are required to paint the walls every 10 years or so, and holes in the wall that aren‘t too big are part of using the appartment, so don‘t need to be fixed professionally.
Anyway, some spachtelmasse and white paint is good enough. Have done this 3 times already, was never perfect and never an issue.

Here is a little trick for you guys…..
Get some filler…..
The trick isn’t to just fill it, you need to make it slightly proud because when you finish it will shrink back slightly.
Once you have done this the real trick is to disguise it and get the same texture as the rest of the wall, get yourself a microfibre cloth or towel and lightly daub it with it. You will be able to texture the finish pretty much the same as the rest of the wall and certainly well enough to blend it in if you do it right.
I find often it works better to fill in stages and let things dry a bit so they shrink in before doing some more.
Practice makes perfect as with everything, I do hope this serves everyone well.
Beware there are 2 different shades of white paint usually used in rental apartments and one is off white the other is pure white so best to check which one they used by getting a small sample if you even need to paint it. Usually it’s the off white that’s used.
Some fillers can actually almost themselves be a match and not even need to be painted, migros have one that I found which works well.
What psycho invented textured walls? My apartment outer walls look like some fuckers just threw cement at it all day.

Based on my personal experience with moving out in Switzerland, that will cost you 500 CHF
