If you need it right now and look for a BMW, it is an option, yes. It is more than 7 years old, but the price is not unusual. And it is really small
If you don’t care about the name and can wait 7-9 months, you might want to have a look at a new Skoda Fabia (same price range and size) as a small family car: https://www.take-your-car.de/eu-neuwagen-skoda-fabia-130-jahre-kamera-led-pdc-klima-shz-x__485632.php
I don’t know enough about cars to say if it’s a good price for such a car, but you definitely need to get it checked by an independent car mechanic before you buy it!
