Ok, ich bin verwirrt. Da steht, ich solle meine zu wenig gezahlten Steuern bis zum 31. Mai bezahlen, um Zinsen zu vermeiden. Direkt darunter steht dann, dass ich im Juni eine Rechnung erhalte … Was soll ich also tun?! Arg, ich hasse Steuern verdammt noch mal!!! 🙈🙈

You know from your „skattemelding“ how much you underpaid. If you pay that amount with given kid and account number you all good.
You hate taxes? Sure but at least the state does it for us, we just have to double check. In the US you have to do all the tax work then the state double checks.
Just pay the amount before end of May!
If you pay after that, you need to pay the interest rate!
If you pay in june, after the invoice come to you, the amount is higher! So why wait?
I suppose you have checked everything is correct!
You have the amount, account number and KID.
So you have everything you need in order to pay it now.

You can either pay directly to the bank account and kid number provided in the image, or you can wait until the invoice is dumped in your mailbox in june. If you wait for the invoice you will have to pay interest. That’s why they provide you the information you need to pay it now, and give you a chance to avoid paying extra interest.
Pay your remaining taxes to the given account and kid number, but pay 90 kroner less than they demand. They don’t send a bill if the remainder is less than 100 kr. I do this every year, and it has worked so far.
As everyone is saying. Pay the amount now. That said, I had to pay a bit over 20 000 NOK last year, and the interest amount if I had waited til June (and the flush of feriepenger was not very big. I want to say it was around 1000 NOK. But that information too should be on your skattemelding.
Maybe by the „invoice“ they mean the confirmation that you’ve paid, and not the bill to pay? In some places, the invoice stating the amount to be paid (as opposed to the confirming-how-much-you-paid) is referred to as „pro forma“, so it might be a language issue. I’m not a Norwegian though, so idk
