Kürzlich in ein neues Haus im EG gezogen, habe diesen Käfer rund um die Fenster neben der Terrasse sowie an den Wänden bemerkt, 2-3 mm lang. Was ist das für ein Fehler? Und wie kann man es beseitigen?

It could be a Brotkäfer (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Drugstore_beetle?wprov=sfti1). They love your food (bread, sweets, tea, etc.) and will put their eggs in there. They also love small holes in your furniture to pupate. Only food stored in glass, boxes made of thicker plastic or metal is save.
We had them in our kitchen last summer and still fight them with Lagererzwespen (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lariophagus_distinguendus?wprov=sfti1).
Looks like a Brotkäfer. Have a look in your cupboards if your goods have some small holes and all open products (flour, pasta, bread) to see if they have infested it.
Clean out everything and ideally wash out the cupboards with vinegar.
