Fewer Muslims would be my guess, given that this is coming from the perspective of the Israeli government (I say this as a Belarusian Muslim myself). That’s not the full story, though, as Albania and Kosovo, both of which have Muslim majorities, are marked „safe“.

Not long ago I saw some flashy woman purse in the car on the panel, and thought that even in Europe it would be asking for trouble in many places. Quite safe for Belarus to leave like this.
On the other hand it’s still possible to be abducted by goverment for nothing.

Interesting… So apparently, the color correlates with the number of muslims in the country?
Ukraine is „safer“ than Russia, despite the fact that there’s an open war going on?

Because Iran and other Islamists cannot fund terrorist attacks. Or like Russia was funding painting David Stars to be painted on Jewish Communities in France. That happened to my Jewish relatives there, sure a coincidence he was Russian nationalist with a Putin picture in his apartment and friends in the Russian Army

May be they factor in the possibility of harassment? Because Belarus is really tolerant, we have a long history of people of different nationalities coexisting. In the beginning of 20th century the population was almost equally dividend (Belorussians, Polish, Ucranian, Russian, Jewish). I saw a wall calendar from 1930 where all the info was presented in 5 languages.
Also, if someone says you got to walk alone at night in the unfamiliar neighborhood, I’m choosing Minsk over Hamburg.

This should give you an idea.
>Germany’s government commissioner on antisemitism has suggested Jews should not always wear the traditional kippah cap in public, in the wake of a spike in anti-Jewish attacks.
I have a friend from Belarus who explained this to me. Not only are there less of a certain group of people like the other comments say, but the police would smash their knee caps with batons if they acted the way they do in Germany. Not to mention instant deportation.

Cause dictator Lukashenka doesn’t care about ICC warrants, not even in theory.
Before long, all of western/democratic Europe might be light red.
Also, the map is already out of date.
Netanyahu just canceled what should have been a must-do visit to Poland (for the 80th anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz) over concerns he’ll get arrested upon arrival. No way Poland is still safe for IDF veterans and Israeli politicians!
