You have to elaborate on the truthyness of this post. You are making some claims here, so I hope you have some good truth too that you can show?

Being blocked online is not uncommon – DDoS attacks happens all the time – and I’m sure you are probably rocking the latest VPN ? .. so It’s not weird you experience being blocked.

I don’t understand why everyone is shitting on OP for bringing up this issue. A country’s parliament website not being accessible from abroad is objectively a big deal, even more so if it has been this way for months.
Tbh, I’ve had trouble accessing gov.ge sites from outside of a Georgia since time immemorial
