Well I can only guess myself probably something about compound names like Ritter Eisenbart or Rosenherz, which are quite lyrical German names
You’re supposed (or well, your child is) to make up names for a knight, just like given in the example
you create some funny names for a knight. he is learning compound words at the moment so you put two words together to form a new one. Ritter Rost-Eimer was the example. now you need to find a name for Ritter Eisen-… and Ritter Rosen-
Ritter Eisen-Bart for example or Ritter Eisen-Wurzel or whatever comes to your mind
