I now know what a Wiener Schnitzel is. I’ve lived in the Alps for over 30 years, so I have had my share.
But before…I used to love the Hot Dogs at *Der Wienerschnitzel* in California where I grew up. The fast food chain.
So, at first I thought Wiener Schnitzel was a Chien Chaud, a Hot Dog…
This can hardly be in Switzerland, Austria maybe. In Switzerland you wouldn’t get that much meat on a plate in a restaurant, much less be able to pay for it 😂
