Already cooked. Eat cold on bread or with boiled potatoes.

It’s already smoked and ready to eat.
The packaging says take out 15 min prior to eating to get full aroma.

You can use it warm in all sort of dishes. E.g. in pasta. Or you can eat it cold as a topping for bread.

Not cooked, but smoked. You usually just put it out of the fridge for about 10-15 minutes before eating for a better flavour. Just slice it in small pieces, eat it on bread or pancakes. Or with aspargus during summer time. But don’t put it on the stove or in a pan that would be a food crime.

I love these but they’re so expensive.

It is already cooked. You can eat it just like that, but I do like to sear it in the pan for a little bit of crust.
