Ich war kürzlich auf einem Weihnachtsmarkt in Deutschland und ein Freund ließ mich diese probieren. Ich habe es geliebt! Ich frage mich, was die Leute sonst noch empfehlen würden? (Außer natürlich Glühwein)

I love these because they remind me of tortas fritas back home :). You can also try „Mandelmützchen“ which are the same but with added almond bits and flavoring. I prefer the traditional ones though

Another classic would be „gebrannte Mandeln“. Hard to find anyone who does not like them bit they are pretty sweet usually.
Which region are these?
I reccomend langos, a deep fried dough (kind of like a pizza) topped with garlic cream sauce and cheese. There are other topping options but I think simple is best.
