I think this is a good idea, I live in the UK and I read we did it purely because Scotland doesn’t get much sunlight in the winter and it reduced child deaths from road accidents. Well, I’m not sure why they can’t turn their car headlights on, but I live in England and find it rather inconvenient losing an hour’s worth of sleep at least once a year. Your thoughts?
