Hallo, vor ein paar Minuten ist mir aufgefallen, dass das Auto überhaupt nicht anspringt. Hier ist das Foto, liegt es an einer schwachen Batterie??? Was kann ich jetzt tun? Ich habe sehr wenig Ahnung von Starthilfe. Gibt es eine Firma, die ich anrufen kann? Wie hoch sind die Kosten? Kiitos.

Does it make any sound, can you hear it trying to start or just complete nothingness? The most likely reason is a dead battery, taken it’s early winter.
Is the starter motor making any noise? Is it turning?
Most likely battery due cold.

How does the starter sound when you try to start your car? Sluggish crank or hearing just a click is most likely caused by the battery. You could try to call your insurance company and ask if jump starting is covered. Asking help from neighbours is a good idea as well.
How turned is the steering? Are you sure you haven’t locked it?
Dead battery, maybe plug in block heater next time
A blockheater, connected to a timer, let run for 30-60m before driving
Less wear and tear. The engine oil is all nice and warm, saves gasoline/cleaner exhaust
I would go to any Citroen forum and ask them. People in those forums more often than not can guess straight away what is wrong and how to fix it.
Buy sturdy jump start cables and extra 100A battery, or dedicated jump starter.
With all the lights on, most likely is the battery you can either change it or try a jumper pack .
And try to do some longer rides with the car so the battery can change
And it isn’t even cold yet….jump start first with another car or with a portable jump starter or if there are some people to push your car a ways and pop the clutch start it that way (of course it has to be a manual). If nothing works and you have to get a new battery, then have your car plugged in to warm the engine up a couple hours before you have to leave.
