Hallo zusammen, ich wohne in Hamburg. Unser Fenstergriff ist defekt und funktioniert nicht. Das Fenster lässt sich überhaupt nicht öffnen. Ich bin nicht in der Lage, das Problem selbst zu beheben. An wen wenden Sie sich im Falle einer Fensterreparatur? Wäre die Reparatur teuer?

I repeat: your landlord. don’t pay for it yourself. don’t hire someone yourself. it’s your landlords job 🙂
You could try to fix it yourself (at your own risk). Turn the cover plate saying „Heine“, that should reveal two screws. Unscrew them, pull the whole handle out and insert it back in the correct way. Re-screw the screws, put the cover plate back into over the screws and you should be good.
Inform the landlord, they will call a repairman to come, and it’s free. At least that’s what happened to me.
