Ich habe in meiner Wohnung normale Jalousien durch elektrische ersetzt und habe diese im Badezimmer gefunden.
Es sieht so aus, als wäre nichts drin, ich habe es berührt, es war knusprig und weich.
Außerdem liegt es neben den heißen Rohren von Gebäuden.

A hornet/wasp nest. If there are no hornets around, you can just remove it, they look rather interesting on the inside. Also check if there are gaps they can enter the space.
Wasp Nest.
Thankfully (I think, I am not an insect specialist) it should be empty since Wasps die in the winter and only a queen will be hidden away somewhere, waiting for spring, when they hatch and fly off to build a new nest somewhere.
I would burn the whole place down just to be sure 🥴
