It’s a meme sticker from the state baden württemberg.
They look quite nice and they used to be free (now it’s only shipping, which also used to be free), so people stuck a lot of them around. I got a few in my bag!
they give them out for free on their website, you only need to pay for the postage.

it was an advertising campaign for a state in germany but it has indeed become a kind of game of who can place/find these in the most absurd locations
