      >State budget revenues will amount to 2 trillion 837 billion drams, which is 35.5 billion drams less than the initial version. The noted reduction is mainly caused by the reduction of tax revenues as a result of the revaluation of the gross domestic product.

As predicted by everyone. You can’t hope o sustain such levels of growth in Armenia with just reexporting stuff to Russia or serving as its export middleman. I would like to think the relevant departments had foreseen this expected outcome and planned accordingly for it.

There are 2 proven ways to increase economic growth. Higher value production and increased population.

Higher value production means a combination of stronger education and moving up the value chain in manufacturing in a way that’s internationally competitive. Armenia is all mines, but little processing. There’s a lot of room for improvement here.

As for higher population, it is the greatest challenge Armenia faces today. If achieved, it will literally save the country.
