Garland is proving to america what a poor choice he was for the scotus, and the AG, for that matter. Hopefully he’s toast after the 2024 selection.
This is about them not showing up to say it is an ongoing case so no comment.
I do not understand the judges anger. The committee was made well aware that the subpoenas on ongoing cases would not be honored.
